2 ea. Avocados From Mexico
8 oz. Hatch chiles (two 4 oz. cans)
1/4 c. Yellow onion, minced
1 t. Lemon juice
Salt, to taste
1. Scoop avocado pulp from shells into a medium bowl and mash with a fork, leaving some chunks.
2. Gently stir in lime juice, hot sauce, cilantro, onion, tomatoes, and salt.
