Hall of Fame Guac
Bright and refreshing, this guacamole is a delicious part of your game plan. With fresh Avocados From Mexico, tomato, and jalapeño, you can whip up a flavor tango that lasts till the bottom of the bowl.
3 ea. medium Avocados From Mexico, halved and pitted
3 T. fresh lime juice
1/4 c. jalapeño pepper hot sauce
1/4 c. fresh cilantro, chopped
2 T. onion, chopped
3 ea. medium plum tomatoes, diced
Salt to taste
1. Scoop avocado pulp from shells into a medium bowl and mash with a fork, leaving some chunks.
2. Gently stir in lime juice, hot sauce, cilantro, onion, tomatoes, and salt.
