INGREDIENTS
4 ea. Avocados From Mexico, halved, pitted, & peeled
1 t. lime juice
1 t. onion, minced
1 t. jalapeño, minced
1/4 t. salt
INSTRUCTIONS

Scoop avocado pulp from shells into a medium bowl and mash with a fork, leaving some chunks.

Gently stir in lime juice, onion, jalapeño, and salt.
