TASTEMADE + AVOCADOS FROM MEXICO

4 Way Guac

Ingredients

  • 3 Avocados From Mexico
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • 1 jalapeno, seeded and finely minced
  • ¼ cup chopped red onion
  • 1 Tbsp garlic, finely minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Spicy Bacon Guacamole

  • Basic Guacamole (recipe above)
  • ¼ cup shredded pepper jack cheese
  • ¼ cup cooked bacon, finely chopped
  • 2 Tbsp jarred jalapenos, minced
  • 2 Tbsp chopped cilantro
  • Dash or two of Tabasco (optional)

Tropical Pico de Gallo Guacamole

  • Basic Guacamole (recipe above)
  • ½ cup chopped mango
  • ¼ cup chopped jicama
  • ¼ cup tomatoes, seeded and chopped
  • 2 Tbsp cilantro, chopped
  • 1-2 limes juiced
  • Lime zest for flavor

Creamy Parmesan Artichoke and Chicken Guacamole

  • Basic Guacamole (recipe above)
  • ½ cup cream cheese
  • ½ cup grated parmesan
  • ½ cup chopped jarred artichokes
  • ½ cup chopped cooked chicken
  • 2 tablespoons basil, chopped

Street Corn Guacamole

  • Basic Guacamole (recipe above)
  • ½ cup corn kernels, grilled
  • ½ cup cotija/queso fresco cheese
  • 2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1-2 limes zested and juiced

Directions

Mash avocados in a bowl, mix in remaining ingredients. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
