Avocado Poke Nachos

Ingredients

  • Avocado Poke Nachos
  • 6 c Fried wonton chips,
  • 1 1/2 c Soy-Ginger Marinated Ahi Tuna, medium diced
  • 3/4 c Avocados From Mexico, medium diced
  • 1/2 c Avocado Sweet Soy Sauce
  • 1/2 c Avocado Sriracha Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp Serrano, thinly sliced
  • 2 tsp Furikake seasoning
  • 1 Tbsp Green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 tsp Black sesame seeds
  • Soy-Ginger Marinated Ahi Tuna
  • 3 Tbsp Sweet Soy Sauce, ABC Brand
  • 1/2 tsp Sesame oil
  • 1 tsp Ginger, fresh, minced
  • 2 tsp Garlic, fresh, minced
  • 1 1/4 c Ahi tuna, fresh, medium diced
  • Avocado Sweet Soy Sauce
  • 1 c Avocados From Mexico, small diced
  • 1/2 c Sweet soy sauce, ABC Brand
  • 1 Tsp Tap water
  • 1/2 Tsp Sesame oil, toasted
  • 1 Tsp Olive oil
  • Avocado Sriracha Sauce
  • 3/4 c Avocados From Mexico, large diced
  • 1/4 c Sriracha sauce
  • 1/2 c Heavy mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Lime juice
  • 1 tsp Garlic, chopped fine
  • 1/8 tsp Kosher salt

Instructions

    For the Avocado Sriracha Sauce:
  1. Place all ingredients into a food processor, processing until a smooth consistency has been reached.
    For the Avocado Sweet Soy Sauce:
  1. Place all ingredients into a food processor, processing until a smooth consistency has been reached.
  2. Once processed, pour sauce into a clean container. Place plastic wrap on top of sauce and press down firmly to prevent oxidation. Place lid on top of plastic wrap to seal. Refrigerate until needed for up to 24 hours.
    For the Soy-Ginger Marinated Ahi Tuna:
  1. Place the diced marinated ahi tuna and avocado over the avocado sweet soy sauce.
  2. Place soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger and garlic into medium bowl; whisk to combine.
  3. Add diced tuna to marinade and fold to combine. Use immediately or hold in refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
    For the Avocado Poke Nachos:
  1. Place fried wonton chips around serving dish.
  2. Top with Soy-Ginger Marinated Ahi Tuna and diced avocado.
  3. Drizzle Avocado Sweet Soy Sauce and Avocado Sriracha Sauce over nachos.
  4. Garnish with sliced serrano peppers, furikake seasoning, green onion and black sesame seeds.
