Ingredients

  • 3 Avocados From Mexico hass
  • 2 cups chopped tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup white onion, finely chopped
  • 1 serrano chile, seeded and finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh pineapple
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl combine tomatoes, onion, chile, cilantro, pineapple, lemon, salt and pepper.
  2. Fill avocado halves with sauce and serve.
