Ingredients

  • 1 cup black beans without broth
  • 1 cup pinto beans without broth
  • 1 1/2 cups diced pineapple
  • 1 Avocado From Mexico Diced
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup chopped red onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon of cumin powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix in a medium bowl all ingredients, refrigerate for 1 hour and serve cold.
