Ingredients

  • 1 Avocado From Mexico Halved pitted peeled and sliced
  • 4 corn or flour tortillas
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 8 ounces Turkey or chicken Cooked sliced
  • 1 Large tomato Sliced
  • 4 ounces Pepper jack cheese Sliced

Instructions

  1. Place tortillas on a broiler pan.
  2. Spread mayonnaise on one side of each tortilla, dividing evenly; place turkey on top.
  3. Cover with tomato, avocado wedges and cheese.
  4. Broil just until cheese melts, about 2 minutes.
  5. Fold over and serve.
