1 Avocado From Mexico Halved pitted peeled and sliced
4 corn or flour tortillas
2 tbsp mayonnaise
8 ounces Turkey or chicken Cooked sliced
1 Large tomato Sliced
4 ounces Pepper jack cheese Sliced
Place tortillas on a broiler pan.
Spread mayonnaise on one side of each tortilla, dividing evenly; place turkey on top.
Cover with tomato, avocado wedges and cheese.
Broil just until cheese melts, about 2 minutes.
Fold over and serve.
