  • 2 tablespoons hummus
  • 2 Avocados From Mexico pitted and mashed
  • 1 1/2 small red onion chopped
  • 1 1/2 small tomato chopped
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon chopped cilantro
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • Yellow Bell Pepper Pico de Gallo
  • 1 1/2 medium yellow bell pepper chopped
  • 1 1/2 medium onion chopped
  • 1 medium tomato chopped
  • 1 tablespoon cilantro minced
  • 1 lime juiced
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Yellow Bell Pepper Pico de Gallo
  2. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
  3. Hummus Guacamole
  4. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and fold until combined.
  5. Top with Yellow Bell Pepper Pico de Gallo as desired.
