Ingredients

  • 4 ripe Avocados From Mexico cubed
  • 4 roma tomatoes seeded and diced
  • 1 cilantro leaves only
  • 1 jalapeño finely minced
  • 2 garlic pressed or minced
  • 1/2 red onion diced
  • 1 lime juiced

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the onion, cilantro, jalapeño, lime juice and garlic.
  2. Add chopped tomatoes and mix.
  3. Gently fold in the avocados.
  4. Serve with fresh veggies or tortilla chips.
