Avocado Dijonnaise Spread

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 ea. Avocado From Mexico, halved, pitted, & peeled
  • 2 T. dijon mustard
  • 2 T. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 t. white wine vinegar
  • 1/4 t. salt

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a small bowl, mash the avocado until smooth.
  2. Fold in Dijon mustard, mayonnaise, vinegar, and salt until well combined.
