Tomato-tally Perfect Guacamole

He’s ready to share his guacamole knowledge, that’s much more than a game-day dip, with all with you!

Ingredients

  • 3 Avocados From Mexico
  • 6 large basil leaves
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar reduction
  • 1 tsp best olive oil
  • 20 roasted grape tomatoes
  • 2 lemons juiced
  • 3 clove garlic
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix halved tomatoes, olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic together. Transfer to a baking sheet and roast at 400°F until the tomatoes are tender.
  2. Combine all other ingredients in a bowl and whisk the mixture until all ingredients are incorporated evenly and the guacamole is smooth. Fold in roasted tomatoes. Season to taste.
  3. Transfer mixture to a serving bowl and garnish with basil leaves, a drizzle of balsamic, and more roasted tomatoes.
