To Ceviche Their Own Guacamole

He’s ready to share his guacamole knowledge, that’s much more than a game-day dip, with all with you!

Ingredients

  • 3 Avocados From Mexico
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 2 limes juiced
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt & pepper
  • 1/4 minced onion
  • 8 oz fresh white fish
  • 2 guavas, juiced
  • 1/2 tsp sugar

Instructions

  1. Combine white fish sliced thinly and roughly chopped with lime & guava juice, sugar, cilantro, salt & pepper to taste, and smoked paprika. Let cure for about 1 hr.
  2. Fold in ceviche with all other ingredients and transfer to a serving bowl. Enjoy with a taco or even some puffed fish skin if you’re feeling fancy.
