Ingredients
3 Avocados From Mexico
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
2 limes juiced
1 tsp smoked paprika
Salt & pepper
1/4 minced onion
8 oz fresh white fish
2 guavas, juiced
1/2 tsp sugar
Instructions
Combine white fish sliced thinly and roughly chopped with lime & guava juice, sugar, cilantro, salt & pepper to taste, and smoked paprika. Let cure for about 1 hr.
Fold in ceviche with all other ingredients and transfer to a serving bowl. Enjoy with a taco or even some puffed fish skin if you’re feeling fancy.
