He’s ready to share his guacamole knowledge, that’s much more than a game-day dip, with all with you!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 1–1/2 tsp vegetable oil
  • 1 Avocado From Mexico, halved, pitted & skin removed
  • 1/3 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 3/4 cup TABASCO® Buffalo Style Hot Sauce
  • 1/2 cup shredded celery
  • 1–1/2 tsp red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 cup blue cheese dressing
  • 12 frozen breaded chicken tenders, prepared according to package instructions
  • 4 hoagie rolls, split & toasted

Instructions

  1. Prepare the slaw: in a medium bowl, combine the shredded carrots, shredded celery, vegetable oil, and red wine vinegar. Let sit and soften while you prepare the rest.
  2. Prepare the dressing: place one half of the avocado and the blue cheese dressing into a food processor and blend until combined. Pour into a separate bowl and fold in crumbled blue cheese. Dice the remaining half avocado and mix into dressing.
  3. Toss hot chicken tenders with TABASCO® Buffalo Style Hot Sauce until fully coated.
  4. Assemble the sandwiches: fill each hoagie roll with 3 chicken tenders, carrot and celery slaw, and a generous amount of avocado blue cheese dressing. Serve immediately.
