Ingredients

• 3 Avocados From Mexico
• 2 tbsp bonito flakes with seaweed
• 2 tbsp minced ginger
• 1 tsp eel sauce
• Salt and pepper
• 8 oz sushi grade tuna diced
• 1 tsp ground chipotle
• 1 tsp wasabi paste
• 1/2 tsp mirin

Instructions

1. Combine all ingredients in a robot coupe and pulse until all ingredients are incorporated evenly and the guacamole is smooth. Season to taste.
2. Transfer to a serving bowl.
