Ingredients

• 3 Avocados From Mexico
• 1/4 cup chopped sage
• 1 tsp chopped thyme
• 1/2 lime juiced
• 1 grilled peach
• 2 tbsp chopped cilantro
• 1/4 cup chopped caramelized onion
• Salt and pepper

Instructions

1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and whisk the mixture around until all ingredients are incorporated evenly and the guacamole is smooth. Season to taste.
2. Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with caramelized peaches and herbs.
