He’s ready to share his guacamole knowledge, that’s
much more than a game-day dip, with all with you!
Ingredients
1 tbsp Olive Oil
3 Avocados From Mexico, halved, pitted & skin removed
2 tbsp fresh lime juice
1 tbsp TABASCO® Habanero Pepper Sauce
1 tbsp orange zest
1 piece of honeycomb for garnish
5 whole scallions
3 tbsp juice from a fresh sour orange
1/2 cup white onion, diced
1 tbsp orange blossom honey
2 tsp kosher salt
Instructions
Heat the olive oil in a sauté pan set over high heat. Add the scallions and cook, turning occasionally, until browned on all sides. Remove from heat and set on a paper towel to drain excess oil. When cooled, slice and set aside.
Prepare base by mashing avocados, orange juice, and lime juice in a large bowl until chunky-smooth.
Fold in scallions, white onion, TABASCO® Habanero Pepper Sauce, honey, orange zest, and salt.
Transfer to a serving bowl and top with honeycomb for garnish. Serve in your favorite burger.
