Ingredients

• 3 Avocados From Mexico
• 1 tbsp. mint chopped
• 1/3 cup soft feta whipped
• 1 cup diced watermelon
• Salt and pepper
• 1/4 cup cilantro chopped
• 1 jalapeño pepper minced
• 1/4 cup chopped strawberries sliced thinly
• 2 tsp turbinado sugar

Instructions

1. Slice watermelon and cover with thin layer of turbinado sugar. Brûlée with a torch.
2. Combine all other ingredients in a bowl and whisk the mixture around until all ingredients are incorporated evenly and the guacamole is smooth. Fold in melon & season to taste.
