Great Galentine’s Day Recipes

Great Galentine’s Day Recipes

Posted February 2, 2018

It’s no secret Valentine’s Day is one of the busiest days of the year in the restaurant business, but February 14 is quickly becoming the second jab of a profitable one-two punch for restaurants taking advantage of the growing trend known as Galentine’s Day.

Celebrated on February 13, Galentine’s Day has started to catch on thanks to mentions on popular TV shows. Use these recipes to create a Galentine’s Day-themed menu to make sure your restaurant takes advantage of all February holidays – sitcom-inspired and otherwise.
