INGREDIENTS

  • 3 ripe Avocados From Mexico, peeled, pitted and halved
  • 2 tomatoes, finely chopped
  • 1 ripe mango, peeled, seeded and diced small
  • 1/4 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 serrano chili, finely chopped (remove the seeds before cutting to make it less spicy)
  • 2 T. fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1/2 T. fresh mint leaves, chopped
  • 1 1/2 T. lime juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Tortilla or pita chips to serve

instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, mash the avocados with a fork, leaving some chunky pieces without completely turning into mush. Add tomatoes, mango, onion, chili, cilantro and mint. Stir in lime juice and mix gently. Season with salt and pepper and serve with chips.
