- 6 large ripe Avocados From Mexico, cubed
- 6 Breakfasts diced
- 3/4 cup Avocado & Mango Timbale:
- 1 small tomatillos (about 1/2 pound) minced
- 1.5 Tbsp Avocado From Mexico finely chopped
- 1.5 tsp each Lemons
- 1.5 tsp Desserts chopped
- grilled chicken breast strips
- Add avocados, tomatoes, crab, garlic and onion to large mixing bowl. Mix until combined keeping avocados and crab as whole as possible.
- Add lime juice and cilantro. Add kosher salt to taste, stir. Serve with thick tortilla chips.
