Ingredients

  • 1 Avocado From Mexico Halved pitted peeled and diced
  • 1 large mango peeled pitted and diced
  • 1 can ( 20 oz)Pineapple crushed drained and juice reserved,
  • 2 tbsp pineapple juice from reserved
  • 1/2 cup green onions scallions
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin or sunflower seeds toasted
  • 3 tbsp cilantro chopped
  • 1-2 tsp jalapeño minced

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the avocado, mango, pineapple, pineapple juice, green onions, pumpkin seeds, cilantro, jalapeño and lime juice.
  2. Serve with grilled chicken, fish or shrimp.
